For over 24 years, Bob Johnson has searched for a developed leadership potential in organizations through his coaching of senior executives and their teams. Working with organizations as small as 10 and up to 20,000 employees in size and in a variety of industries, both public and private, profit and not-for-profit. Bob has consistently helped organizations and individuals achieve their goals. Workshops, retreats, and team building initiatives are all part of his rich portfolio of experience.
